We at JBA Offroad value our customers and want to treat you like family.
JBA Offroad has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You have 356 days to use the product. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and receive a 100% refund, including shipping charges.
Please use the Contact Us form below to request instructions on returning an item.
Items sent back without an RGA # and the JBA-issued return label may not be credited if we cannot track the product to our facilities. JBA will not reimburse shipping costs if you do not use our return system and return the products on your dime. The JBA receiving manager will refuse items returned without proper authorization.
Item Lost by shipper
Contact the shipper immediately and submit a lost package claim. Then contact JBA with details and a copy of the claim number. We will address it with the shipper on our side as well. After the shipper settles the claim, JBA can reship the parts or return your money.
Item Damaged in shipping
Before accepting your order from the delivery service, please always inspect the box for damage. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact the shipper and submit a claim. Then, contact JBA with the claim number. JBA will reimburse the customer after the shipper settles the claim. JBA has no control over how the shipping companies handle your packages. JBA is not at fault if the shipper damages an item. All items sent from JBA are brand new and have never been unpackaged.
Some items may not be as the picture shows because JBA, the manufacturer, has updated the part but not the website pictures. Please use the product description when purchasing the item.
