    • This style kit relocates the lower control arms on the front of the vehicle using a drop bracket. These brackets offset the lower control mounting holes by 4", 6", or 8". These kits also include longer steering knuckles to fit within the bigger gap between the upper and the lower ball joints.

  • JBA upper control arms for the Ford F-150 2021 and newer
Pre-Assembled Kit - fits lift type
Spring Lift or Leveling Kit [1 to 3.5-inch lift]

Spacer Lift, Leveling kit, and Spring lift kit

These kits cause the upper arms to angle downward toward the ball joints. The Leveling kit or strut lift removes the factory rake angle by lifting the front level with the rear of the vehicle.

Spring kits remove the factory rake angle and lift the rear of the vehicle about 1.5" - 2.5"

Spring Lift with Cradle Drop Kit

Spring lift kit with Cradle Drop Kit

These kits cause the upper arms to angle downward toward the ball joints. The cradle drop lift, cross-member drop, or drop bracket lift kit with spring kits.

Example: 4" cradle drop lift with a 2" spring/coil over lift = 6" lift kit. 6" cradle drop lift with a 2" spring/coil over lift = 8" lift kit. When the mounting holes are offset by 4" and the kit is a 6" kit, the other 2 inches are made up from the strut lift or spring lift.

Upper Control Arms Front Suspension Upgrade

Factory upper control arms on the 2025 F-150 use sealed ball joints and rubber bushings that wear out under lifted or off-road conditions. JBA upper a-arms replace those components with serviceable ball joints, greasable bushings with 8 individual ports, and a fully rebuildable design. You maintain them on your schedule instead of replacing them on failure.

Each upper control arm kit includes Max 90 Ball Joints CNC-machined from 4140 chromoly steel with 90-degree articulation. These aren't press-fit parts. They're rebuildable assemblies designed to survive rock crawls, desert runs, and fleet duty in remote environments. The EZ Lube Bushings feature pressure relief valves that push old grease out as you pump fresh grease in, a detail that extends service intervals and prevents contamination buildup.

Built for Suspension Lift Applications

If you're running a 4-inch lift or 6-inch lift on your 2025 Ford F-150, you've already changed your front suspension geometry. Factory arms weren't designed for that. JBA upper control arms for 2023 F150 restore proper alignment angles and maintain full wheel travel without binding or premature wear. They're spec'd for trucks with larger wheels, aftermarket shocks, and aggressive off-road use.

The arms ship with all required hardware and installation instructions. Installation takes 2-3 hours with hand tools. No welding, no cutting, no permanent modifications to your truck. You're replacing two bolts per side and transferring your existing brake line brackets.

Serviceability Beats Replacement

Sealed control arm components fail without warning. You don't know they're worn until you hear clunking or feel wandering. JBA's design lets you grease every pivot point, inspect ball joint play, and replace individual components before they fail. That's the difference between a $200 trailside repair and a $2,000 tow bill.

The lifetime structural warranty covers the arm itself, not wear items. Ball joints and bushings are rebuildable with service kits available direct from JBA. This is a 20-year suspension investment, not a disposable part. Upgrading upper control arms makes sense when you're already investing in lift kits, wheels, and shocks. Don't leave your front suspension on factory sealed components that can't be serviced.

Raptor and Heavy-Duty Applications

JBA has deployed upper control arms on 2025 F-150 Raptor builds, expedition rigs running long-travel shocks, and fleet trucks operating in jungle and desert environments. The design handles high-speed compression events, sustained articulation, and corrosive conditions. If you're running your truck hard, you need components that can be maintained in the field.

Replacing an upper control arm on a Ford F-150 typically costs $400-$800 per side at a shop, assuming you're paying for labor and OEM parts. JBA's a-arm kit costs less than that and installs in your driveway. You're not paying for convenience. You're paying for engineering depth, material specs, and a warranty backed by 20 years of deployment data.

Material and Finish Specifications

Arms are powdercoated in JBA Red for corrosion resistance. Ball joint housings are zinc-plated steel. Bushings use polyurethane with grease channels molded in. Every component is designed for disassembly and inspection. No sealed bearings, no mystery wear patterns, no guessing when to replace parts.

Why Aftermarket Beats OEM

OEM replacement upper control arms for the 2025 Ford F-150 replicate factory specs. They're built for stock ride height and paved roads. Aftermarket arms from JBA are built for suspension lifts, larger tires, and off-road articulation. You're not buying a replacement. You're buying an upgrade designed for how you actually use your truck.
